This was a first time experience for us
for planning a wedding and it seemed overwhelming. When we booked the Knights of Columbus
hall we were given three
different caterers to choose from. The first one we called on several occasions, left
messages and never received a response. Then we were lucky enough to call you and from
that point on after we met with you, I knew that we had made the right choice and most of
my worries about the reception were over.
Your professionalism in handling all
the aspects of the planning and carrying out of the entire evening was most impressive.
You were even able to recommend a DJ, who turned out to be great. All of your employees
were courteous, well dressed and hard working. We received, and continue to receive, so
many compliments about the food, service, and all the way down to how nice the tables
looked. All we could do was tell them it was thanks to the Landing Catering.
