What is the cost of the room rental?

The cost of the rentals varies according to menus, number of guests, bar service levels, and which room one wishes to rent. Another factor is the type of the event one desires to have because it involves a specific room layout.

What does the room rental include?

It includes: tables, chairs, set-up, linens, china, silverware, teardown, and clean-up.

Are we allowed to bring our own food to the event?

Unfortunately, no you are not. The reason for this is because our business is catering and it is our building. Our food permit does not allow food to be brought onto the premises.

What is the limit on the number of people allowed for an event?

The Great Room can seat up to 250 for dinner, with a minimum of 150 guests.

The Bistro Room can seat up to 80 for dinner, with a minimum of 35 guests.

What are your business hours?

Monday-Friday 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM

Saturday 9:00 AM-12:00 PM

Please note, tours of event facilities are by appointment only.

Do you cater to other facilities?

Yes! We can take the entire event to other facilities that will allow outside caterers. Please refer to listed venues on our website.

Can I bring in my own DJ/band?

Yes, provided they bring their own sound equipment. Also, they must be licensed and insured.

Can we bring our own wedding cake?

Yes, and we can provide a cake-cutting service for that. Please ask for details.

How much is the deposit, and when is it required?

The deposit is 20% of the total estimate, and is due at the time of booking. This deposit is non-refundable.

Are you handicap accessible?

Yes, we are ADA (American Disabilities Act) compliant.

Can we bring in our own liquor?

No, our liquor license will not permit it. Additionally. Any liquor found on the premises that does not belong to us will be confiscated and the guest may be asked to leave.

Is smoking permitted?

We are strictly a non-smoking facility.

Are we allowed to bring our own decorations?

Yes. However, all décor must be approved by management.

Is there parking?

Yes, there is a large, well-lit parking lot on the property.
