Travis was born in Plattsburgh New York and moved to South Bend in 1988 where he began working in his family's restaurant and catering business known as Holly's Landing (which later became The Landing). He attended Holy Cross College and Ivy Tech and is presently the Owner and Chef of The Landing Catering & Banquet Facility. Travis has worked in the food industry for the past 20 years and caters for clients such as St. Joseph Regional Medical Center, AM General & Crowe Horwath, as well as 2000 weddings. He and his wife have 2 daughters.
